PeopleTec is seeking a GDS Joint DOTMLPF-P Integrator for an opportunty to support our Huntsville, AL location. The Guam Defense System (GDS) Joint Program Office (JPO) Doctrine, Organization, Training, Material, Leadership, Personnel, Facilities - Policy (DOTMLPF-P) Integrator will oversee and facilitate the integration of DOTMLPF-P domains across the Joint and DoD enterprise to ensure synchronization and effectiveness across the full spectrum of GDS operations. This role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders to integrate strategies, frameworks, and resources that address organizational needs and requirements. The successful candidate will ensure that DOTMLPF-P domains are efficiently aligned to achieve mission success. DUTIES:
DOTMLPF-P Integration: Lead and manage the integration of Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, Facilities and Policy to ensure delivery of all key personnel and equipment to Guam on time to achieve mission success.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with senior military leaders, acquisition teams, training and development departments, governmental agencies and operational units to assess needs and ensure effective integration across DOTMLPF-P domains.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate on strategic planning and develop actionable plans to integrate and improve DOTMLPF-P areas, ensuring readiness and operational effectiveness. Plan and execute GDS Joint Octagon meetings to include: AO/O5/GS-14/15 working group and brief to senior leaders. Plan and execute monthly Commander INDOPACOM GDS update meeting. Write and publish monthly INDOPACOM GDS SITREP.
- Requirements Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of operational requirements and existing DOTMLPF-P gaps; develop recommendations to ensure delivery of equipment and personnel to the Island of Guam to meet operational requirements.
- Program Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of DOTMLPF-P related projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and objectives.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks or challenges in the integration process and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth operations.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess processes and propose improvements to enhance operational efficiency and inter-departmental collaboration across the integration team to make continuous improvements to the Joint Octagon, SITREP and Commander INDOPACOM brief.
- Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular updates, reports, and briefings to senior leadership on the progress of integration efforts and the effectiveness of DOTMLPF-P solutions.
- DOTMLPF-P Domain Analysis: Advise on the development and synchronization across the domains to improve the integration and application of DOTMLPF-P elements.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure all integration efforts comply with relevant regulations, policies, and standards set by the Department of Defense or applicable government agencies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in military operations, systems integration, or related roles, with a focus on DOTMLPF-P principles and requirements.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of DOTMLPF-P domains and how they interrelate within a military or government context.
- Extensive Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) and/or Fires experience.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Ability to analyze complex requirements and propose integrated solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience in policy analysis and systems thinking in a defense or government setting.
- Ability to balance urgency with sound decision making and careful execution.
- Ability to balance business and technical objectives when making decisions.
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize important, competing tasks and information.
- Self-starter that needs little direction/guidance on what next steps are required with projects and demonstrate a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to brief DoD senior leaders and influence decision-making.
- Flexible and positive attitude in the face of challenges and ambiguity.
- Ability to take initiative to better support the organization.
- Must have a current driver's license.
- Travel: 25%
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Active U.S. DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have a Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this clearance level during employment.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher, from an accredited university for the performance of these duties, a Master's degree is preferred.
PREFERRED / DESIRED SKILLS:
- U.S. Army or other military service experience.
- U.S. Military Senior Service College Graduate.
- U.S. DoD Top Secret / Special Compartmented Information (SCI) eligible.
- Master's Degree or higher from an accredited university.
- Joint Integrated Air and Missile Defense and/or Fires experience.
