Our Retail Execution Managers partner with broker partners, regional business managers, and our direct retail team within their respective locations to ensure optimization of retail resources and results. They are responsible for driving the selling, merchandising and distribution efforts of their territory.

Responsibilities

* Responsible for overall performance of Chobani's broker partners across assigned territory
* Direct, orient and train broker partners
* Coach and develop broker partners for performance and growth opportunities
* Provide ongoing analytics and reports on retail results, market conditions, as well as recommendations to improve retail results specific to assigned customer
* Play a customer-facing role to drive stronger in-territory connections
* Improve coverage plan to produce maximum results in each location
* Partner with assigned customer sales teams to deliver assigned objectives on core drivers through; display, distribution and new items
* Measure, evaluate and enforce expectations for retail conditions
* Execute national and regional retail programs designed to achieve incremental profitable sales volume, merchandising impact and optimized distribution
* Identify and analyze business within market using syndicated data and account data information to capitalize on potential opportunities
* Facilitate team meetings via conference calls and in-person
* Collaborate with direct retail team to create consistent training and messaging across direct and broker business
* Develop Strategic Partnerships with key divisional customers beyond the buying desk
* Conduct quarterly meetings with key divisional customers to align on growth strategies

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree required
* 4+ years experience in consumer products industry
* Previous management experience required including geographically dispersed teams
* Strong selling skill set and ability to influence at customer level and cross-functionally
* Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently within a large market and multitask
* Effective time-management and scheduling skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to effectively convey market insights and conditions back to management
* Ability to thoughtfully formulate and present alternative ways to go to business in respective markets
* Entrepreneurial spirit
* Must have a personal vehicle and excellent driving record for use during work hours
* Willingness to travel

Compensation Range:$85,600.00-$128,400.00, plus bonus.
