This is a hybrid role based out of our Headquarters office in Portland, OR. In-office expectation is a minimum of 3 days a week. ABOUT THE POSITION Join our licensing team and play a key role in creating strategies for and growing the licensed product revenue for Columbia Sportswear. We work with external partners to develop licensed products right for the market, consumers and brand. As the Sr Licensing Specialist you will partner with the Licensing Director and CSC's licensed partners in the implementation of strategies to maximize royalty revenue generated through the sale of licensed products. Within this role you will facilitate connections between Licensees and Columbia, to improve Licensees' business capabilities, as well as their understanding of and adherence to Columbia standards. You will be relied upon to provide financial, marketing, sales and contractual support for inbound and outbound licensing partners. HOWYOU'LLMAKE A DIFFERENCE
