We're looking for a Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team and help ensure our operations continue to exceed industry standards. Schedule: 24/7 facility, primarily day shifts with occasional weekends and holidays as needed Pay: $21.50/hr. (Based on experience and knowledge demonstrated during the interview process) Responsibilities: Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Diagnose AC voltage issues in industrial electrical systems using volt meters. Maintain and repair facility machinery, including water pumps and motors. Operate forklifts and manlifts, with in-house training provided if necessary. Work closely with production leads to proactively address maintenance needs. Ensure accurate maintenance records and follow all safety protocols. Qualified candidates will have technical training in industrial maintenance, electrical, or a related field, along with a minimum of five years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical control systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics. A strong mechanical aptitude, ability to follow written and verbal procedures, and excellent organizational skills are essential. The role requires working both independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment while maintaining accurate records and documentation. Physical requirements include lifting up to 75 lbs., bending, stooping, twisting, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
