In this Clinical Director mid-level management position and under direct supervision of the Administrator, the Clinical Director provides leadership, coordination, and clinical supervision to multidisciplinary team(s) and/or program(s). Assists Administrator with quality improvement duties.

Shifts Available:

Full Time, Salaried. Shift could vary depending on Program needs. Approx. Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 6:00

Expected starting wage range is $103,460.20 - $127,815.25. Plus $10,000.00 Sign On Bonus. The full wage range goes up to $152,170.29. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Will Do

* Implementing and overseeing the responsibilities for clinical services and standards of care for our clients, and administrative needs of the multidisciplinary team.

* Continually communicates with community partners and all local systems of care that are in service to our clients.

* Oversees documentation by clinical staff and performs audits of Clinical Charts to ensure adherence to State and County Requirements.

* Assists with New Hire Orientation and ongoing training and mentorship for all clinical staff.

* Assists with recruitment, screening, hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations and terminations of all clinical staff

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)

* Must have current, valid licensure in Washington State or meet criteria to transfer license to WA: LICSW, LMHC, LMFT

* One (1) year in leadership role in relevant setting (inpatient or outpatient setting, as appropriate)

* Two (2) years post-graduate direct clinical experience in a mental health setting

* Must have experience working with mental health and substance use consumers, families and advisory boards

* Masters or higher degree in Social Services

* Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.

* Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings, etc.

To Make Referrals: Telecare will prioritize admission for individuals being referred by Telecare short-term E&Ts, but we welcome referrals from all Managed Care Organizations (MCO) and Administrative Services Only (ASO) partners in Washington State. Who We Serve: Olympia Next Steps (ONS) is designed, modeled, and staffed to serve individuals with a documented period of stability and recovery, who are ready to step down to a lower level of care from the traditional E&T model. Generally speaking, individuals with a primary diagnosis of organic, characterological, or substance use disorder will not be admitted.

Hours of Operation: Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

About the Program: We believe recovery starts from within and that our job is to do whatever it takes to provide individuals with the support they will need on their recovery journey. Our 11-bed secure facility includes a full staff of registered nurses, clinicians, peer specialists, and social workers who are on call 24 hours a day to provide support, psychological assessments, assistance with symptom reduction, medication services, and discharge planning, to prepare individuals to return home or to lower levels of care as appropriate.
