SCREENING FOR THIS POSITION WILL CONTINUED UNTIL THE POSITION IS FILLED Minimum salary rate: $45,760 Maximum salary rate: $60,320 Availability needed is Monday-Friday with flexibility per hospital needs with ability to cover peer vacation requests. This position reports to the Manager of Military Services and Director of Business Development. Behavioral Health or Healthcare case management experience preferred. Experience working with Military personnel is also preferred. About the Position:

Occasionally lifts up to 25 pounds and carries small objects waist to chest. Must be able to type and use computer. Must be able to drive. Ability to distinguish telephone rings and to hear and speak clearly over the telephone. Must be able to speak, read, and write. Emotional stability necessary to perform the essential functions of the job. Vision and hearing sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job. Skills Three years' experience in medical/healthcare environment required. Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with employees, managers, community partners, etc. using strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills. Ability to exercise professional judgment in planning own work, formulating recommendations and making decisions. Experience/Education High School graduate or GED required, Bachelor's degree in applicable field preferred. Requires organizational, verbal, interpersonal and customer service skills, grammar and spelling, the ability to read/comprehend written instructions and follow verbal instructions.
