GENERAL SUMMARY:

As a member of the HR department's business operation, and under the direction and guidance of the HR Leader and/or HR Business Partner team, the Business Partner Analyst provides assistance to the HR team members and leadership in the areas of data analysis, strategic planning, consulting, coaching/mentoring, relationship management, employee engagement, safety and workforce planning.

The Labor Relations Business Partner Analyst will assist in the preparation for labor negotiations. Prepares for meetings including documents, reports, files, distribution and other materials. Prepares/initiates routine and non-routine correspondence, memoranda, reports and meeting minutes. Assigns and tracks grievances, union member status changes, and union dues payments. Maintains document integrity and traceability by establishing and maintaining well-organized electronic filing systems and documentation. Prepares statistical records and reports.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Healthcare Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of at least one year of applicable experience in human resources, business operations, or management or completion of a formal Human Resources internship program from an accredited university.
