Position Summary The Nursing Simulation Coordinator oversees, manages, coordinates, and evaluates simulation lab activities for the Nursing program. This includes developing, planning, organizing, and implementing simulation-based learning experiences for nursing students. The coordinator will assist with faculty development and collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to ensure the use of simulation space and technology effectively. They will maintain a realistic, safe, educational environment and effectively facilitate debriefing sessions. This full time, 12-month position requires strong organizational, communication, and technical skills to support ongoing accreditation expectations and integration of simulation into the nursing curriculum. Responsibilities Under the general supervision of the Director of Simulation and Sills Hub, the Nursing Simulation Coordinator will perform the following duties and responsibilities: Simulation Lab Operations (75%)

Salary for Announcement Under Colorado law, MSU Denver is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role and should not offer a salary outside of the range posted in this job announcement. This range takes into account a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, analysis of internal equity, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience. The anticipated hiring salary that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position is $85,000 - $98,000. This position is paid monthly and is eligible for MSU Denver benefits.
