Your Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university; and/or graduate of an accredited National League of Nursing (NLN) School
  • Experience: 2 years acute care RN experience preferred with emphasis in orthopedics or sports medicine
  • Previous experience: in Case Management and Discharge Planning preferred. CCM Certification Preferred Case Manager certification preferred from the Commission for Case Management Certification (CCMC), the Certified Care Manager (CCM), American Nursing Credentialing Center (ANCC), the Registered Nurse - Board Certified (RN-BC) or the National Academy of Certified Care Managers (NACCM). Certification will be required within 3 years of hire.
  • License: Active valid and current RN License from any state
  • Life Support: Maintain BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross to ensure you're always ready to provide essential care.
