Oracle OAS Reporting Consultant

Kearney & Company is seeking a highly skilled Oracle OAS Consultant to join our team supporting one of the Federal government's largest agencies! Duties include but are not limited to:

• Development of reports and dashboards in the Oracle-based Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) financial system Oracle Analytics Server (OAS)
• Working closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, procurement, and IT, to understand report requirements
• Demonstrating excellent writing and communication skills as significant time is spent reviewing report requirements, briefing updates to clients, and supporting the documentation and training for new reports
• Demonstrating strong customer service skills and the ability to work in occasional high-pressure situations with short deadlines
• Directing and reviewing the work of Senior Associates
• Communicating status of project-related tasks to Team Lead and client

Required Qualifications:

• BA/BS/BBA degree from an accredited college/university
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive, relevant OAS or Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) development experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain an U.S. Secret (or higher, such as Top Secret or TS/SCI) security clearance (requires U.S. citizenship)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with the DoD
• Experience developing OAS or OBIEE reports and dashboards in DAI
• Experience working with DoD's Advanced Analytics (Advana) platform
• Highly proficient skills in MS Excel
• Experience with SQL, Python, and Databricks for data querying and scripting
• Experience developing budget and financial management reports

' The expected salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $140,000. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
