We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and a dedicated team to support you every step of the way. $15.00 per hour Shift: 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM In this role, the Kitting Assembler will perform day-to-day activities in the fulfillment center, including light assembly, collating, inserting, sorting, and packing. You will work closely with a team to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient product assembly, ensuring that each order meets quality standards. You will be responsible for maintaining safety and cleanliness in your work area, collaborating with team members, and adhering to company policies and procedures. Duties & Responsibilities: Work as a team member in Life Science operations Follow work procedures and instructions provided by the Department Supervisor Perform quality checks to ensure product meets standards Safely perform staging, assembly, and other fulfillment tasks Help maintain the physical condition of assembly areas and storage spaces Report safety concerns to the Department Supervisor or Manager Work to maximize efficiency and productivity Attend meetings and training as required Ensure compliance with quality systems and customer expectations Qualifications & Requirements: Good communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Strong attention to detail and organizational skills High School Diploma or equivalent Basic math skills, ability to read and write in English PC proficiency Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
