Here's what you'd do:

  • Individual contributors who provide support services to complete daily business activities (administrative, clerical, technical, production or trade levels.)
  • The majority of time is spent in the delivery of services or activities, typically under supervision.
  • Opportunities for progression outside of this career track typically require experience, additional education, and licensure/certification.
  • This job family is responsible for all of the steps involved in getting products from suppliers to customers.
  • Activities include work associated with obtaining goods and services for all types of business processes; finished goods demand inventory planning and production planning & control to achieve targeted quality, wastage, and inventory levels; movement, storage, and inventory control of materials, finished goods, tools, and packaging materials.
  • Import/export & customs management.
  • Freight forwarding services roles are included in this job family.
  • Positions in this sub-family are responsible for the storage and movement of materials and finished goods including: shipping & receiving; warehousing; order filling, picking, and packing; executing inventory control processes & records management.
  • Dispatch; developing transport schedules, methods, and routes; analyzing and projecting transportation costs; operating low complexity motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment.
  • Maintaining, loading, packing, and driving vehicles; evaluating, selecting, and managing ongoing relationships with external transport providers (fuel suppliers, trucking / shipping companies); and acquiring and managing fleet vehicles.
  • Provide guidance to other employees.
  • Delivers on day-to-day objectives.
  • Tasks and problems are sometimes routine and have slightly complicated solutions.
  • May provide guidance, coaching and training to other employees within the job area.
  • Works under moderate or limited supervision with general instructions for new types of work or special assignments.
  • Individual contributor that applies broad knowledge of systems and procedures acquired through several years of experience to address issues

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $ 25.00 - 35.00/HR

Hours: 40 hrs/week / 2nd shift

Length:Temp (12 months)

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 3 year of experience with administrative/clerical support services.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic computer skills.
  • Good time management, multi-tasking, and organization skills.
