We rely on our team of talented and determined people to provide reliable products with unmatched service. We are seeking a Precast Field Installation Team member for our location in Astatula, FL. Military service members and veterans are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities:
- Install precast concrete products according to specifications and project plans.
- Operate hand and power tools, rigging equipment, and other machinery as needed.
- Assist in loading, unloading, and positioning precast elements at job sites.
- Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and securing of precast components.
- Follow safety guidelines and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and site personnel.
- Perform site clean-up and equipment maintenance as required.
Work Environment:
- Work in indoor and outdoor weather conditions, including extreme hot or cold temperatures.
- Work near moving machinery and equipment - could include electrical hazards.
- Work in a noisy environment
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting

Qualifications:
- Experience in construction, concrete, or precast installation preferred.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, measurements, and job instructions.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to different job sites as needed.
