What You'll Do:

- Inventory Planning & Management - Forecast demand, optimize stock levels, and reduce shortages/excess.
- Procurement Coordination - Partner with suppliers, negotiate lead times, and ensure quality compliance.
- Global Logistics & Distribution - Oversee the movement of parts across regional hubs and resolve supply chain issues.
- Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with service, repair, and engineering teams to align planning with operational needs.
- Process Improvement - Analyze trends, enhance planning methodologies, and leverage technology to innovate.

What You Bring:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or parts procurement.
- ERP & Advanced Planning Tools experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Global mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Bonus Skills (Preferred, but Not Required):

Experience in global parts planning within manufacturing or technical industries.
Familiarity with inventory optimization techniques and supply chain analytics.
Understanding of import/export regulations and international logistics.

Work Environment:

Global role-some flexibility may be needed to collaborate across time zones.
Occasional travel to regional service centers may be required.
