Shift: 1st Shift

Responsibilities:



  • Request and collect records and information from various sources
  • Input and update data in multiple database programs, posting information from reports and documents
  • Audit and verify documents for accuracy, legality, and consistency
  • Operate office equipment like computers, copiers, fax machines, and information management systems
  • Organize and maintain manual and computerized files (alphabetical, numerical, or subject-based)
  • Sort, file, and pull materials from files as needed
  • Sort, receive, and distribute mail
  • Answer phones, relay messages, and assist visitors




Qualifications:



  • Strong computer skills are a plus
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documents
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
