Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Program Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12 + month contract position. Responsibilities: Responsible for the planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables for a larger program which requires engagement from teams across multiple organizations Communicate the target outcomes, coordinate delivery, manage risks, ensure compliance to standards, and provide visibility into the health of the program Ensure execution and delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, cost Manage financials for the program, assist with resource planning, and facilitate sync points between business and technology leaders across multiple organizations Establish the target outcomes in partnership with the stakeholders and leaders Establish and build relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk Coordinate and facilitate the program routines - e.g. kick-off, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc. Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple organizations Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to achieve the target outcomes and timeline Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal Responsible to provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, risks/issues, and schedule Ensure that execution is aligned with target outcomes by working with the sponsor/stakeholders Ensure the work delivered complies with Enterprise Change Management standards Track the success metrics and review performance with stakeholders and leadership Manage the financials and assist with resource planning for the program Provide input to define/improve the Change Management process for the Portfolio Pay Range: $45.63 - $53.63 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
