Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Program Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12 + month contract position.

Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables for a larger program which requires engagement from teams across multiple organizations
  • Communicate the target outcomes, coordinate delivery, manage risks, ensure compliance to standards, and provide visibility into the health of the program
  • Ensure execution and delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, cost
  • Manage financials for the program, assist with resource planning, and facilitate sync points between business and technology leaders across multiple organizations
  • Establish the target outcomes in partnership with the stakeholders and leaders
  • Establish and build relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk
  • Coordinate and facilitate the program routines - e.g. kick-off, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.
  • Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple organizations
  • Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to achieve the target outcomes and timeline
  • Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal
  • Responsible to provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, risks/issues, and schedule
  • Ensure that execution is aligned with target outcomes by working with the sponsor/stakeholders
  • Ensure the work delivered complies with Enterprise Change Management standards
  • Track the success metrics and review performance with stakeholders and leadership
  • Manage the financials and assist with resource planning for the program
  • Provide input to define/improve the Change Management process for the Portfolio



Pay Range: $45.63 - $53.63
