Responsibilities
- General Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
- Prepare detailed meeting agendas, provide meeting support, and ensure effective follow-up on action items.
- Conduct research and information gathering as needed to support team initiatives and decision-making.
- Calendar Management:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and update calendars to ensure timely and organized daily activities.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping:
- Input and manage data accurately in various systems.
- Maintain organized records and files for easy retrieval.
- Conduct data analysis and create KPI reports, including updating dashboards and building spreadsheets for team utilization.
- Communication Liaison:
- Act as a liaison between departments, clients, and external partners
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of relevant experience preferred
- Or equivalent combination of education and related experience/training
Preferred Skills:
- A high level of detail accuracy with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks
- Adaptability/flexibility
- Effective in all aspects of communication
- Proactive approach to solving problems
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
