Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Manager (Technology Implementation Specialist) with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX, Pennington, NJ. This is a 12 + month contract position. Responsibilities: Coordinate and execute technology implementation projects, primarily during nights and weekends Plan implementation events during normal business hours during the week Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration of new technologies Manage project timelines, deliverables, Change Management, and documentation Perform routine administrative tasks related to technology changes Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise Provide support and training to end-users on new systems and technologies Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on project progress Be receptive to feedback, coaching, and mentorship from senior team members Requirements: MUST BE ABLE TO WORK PACIFIC TIMEZONE (1-9pm ET) AND BE ABLE TO WORK FRIDAY EVENINGS AND SATURDAYS Proven experience in technology implementation or a related field Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills Adherence to the Change Management policy and procedures Excellent organizational and time management abilities Able to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willing to work nights and weekends Open to being coached and mentored by senior professionals Experience with Microsoft Productivity tools (Outlook, Work, and Excel) Proficient in SharePoint and be able to review and update information Able to oversee project changes and ensure everything is accurate front end to end Able to be very sharp, know when to escalate when necessary, and be a strong problem solver Desired skills: Previous Information Technology Experience, Computer Science, or a related field Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) Experience with project management tools and methodologies Flexible work environment with the possibility of remote work Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
