Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Programmer with our client in the financial industry located in Plano, TX. This is a 12 + month contract position. Responsibilities: Utilize broad knowledge across multiple development platforms and draw on skills and experiences to assess problem and technical requirements to design secure, high-performance solutions that maximize the capabilities and potential of the Salesforce platform Participate in design, development and implementation of systems engineering and analytical activities Serve as a fully seasoned and proficient technical resource; provide technical knowledge and capabilities as team member of an Agile Team and individual contributor Work closely with technology partners, business partners and system owners to define / design appropriate solutions Manage multiple priorities, be proactive, and deliver quality results with aggressive deadlines Understand integration efforts and tasks with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and third-party app-exchange solutions Work with management, onsite/offsite development staff to accomplish project deliverables Requirements: Bachelor's degree of Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar area of study 5+ years' of Salesforce Software Engineering experience 5+ years of development experience with Salesforce Lightening Experienced with structured programming - APEX, Force.com, .Net, Java, and SOA Solid working knowledge of data warehouses, multiple database platforms, ETL Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology and practices Strong communication and interpersonal skills; both written and verbal Self-starter, good aptitude, problem solver and open to learning new technologies Desired skills: Experience using RESTful web services Competent with MS SQL Server, MYSQL, and/or Oracle Cloud and MuleSoft preferred Financial Services or other related industry experience Pay Range: $58.26 - $66.26 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
