Associate Private Bank What The Role Is Overall client service, including contacting clients, receiving client calls, client research requests and problem resolution Oversee clients' fund transfer requests Loan administration assistance - submit loan information into loan origination system and monitor process through loan documentation and loan booking Manage overdrafts on deposit accounts daily Manage past due status on loans Manage exceptions on loans and deposits Assist team in developing and maintaining relationships with clients Who You Are At least 5-years of banking experience, preferably in wealth management Knowledge of consumer and commercial loans Organized, with good written and verbal communication skills Ability to analyze borrowers' credit and read income documents Proficient in Microsoft Office, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities
