The Sr. Manager, Sales Training & Development is directly responsible for maximizing Red Bull North America, Inc. (RBNA) Sales & Distribution team effectiveness through the oversight, development, integration and delivery of training programs to increase the skills, knowledge and ability to achieve RBNA business plan objectives. The role will also identify needs across existing training curriculum (Retail Sales, Distribution, Category Insights, Foodservice, Trade Marketing) and make recommendations to build additional capability, partnering with internal & external stakeholders, as well as identify and integrate new curriculum to meet business need (s).
