• Collaborate with hiring managers to proactively plan for staffing needs.
• Source and engage top candidates through various channels, including cold calling, referrals, networking, career fairs, and AI tools.
• Manage job postings and determine the best advertising strategies.
• Conduct interviews, assess applicant qualifications, and provide hiring recommendations.
• Perform thorough background and reference checks before extending offers.
• Develop relationships with colleges, agencies, and talent pipelines.
• Research and analyze recruiting metrics to optimize hiring strategies.
• Attend job fairs and employer branding events.

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably as a generalist.
• Experience recruiting across different levels and functions.
• Strong emotional intelligence, integrity, and ability to handle confidential matters.
• Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
• Advanced Excel skills and analytical mindset.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience in international talent acquisition (preferred).
• Biotech industry experience (preferred).
