The Senior Leave of Absence Specialist is responsible for the administration of the company's U.S. and Canada disability programs and leaves of absence in a shared services environment. In this role you will respond to employee inquiries and questions regarding leaves of absence, execute LOA processes and services, manage leave data in HR systems, advise managers and employees and identify problems and solutions to ensure positive experiences. This position reports to the HR Global Services Manager and works closely with the Senior Benefits Manager. This position is onsite 5 days a week in our Irvine, CA location. Responsibilities
Required Experience and Skills
#LI-LS1 The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD$76,100 -$138,900 per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
