Job Title: Japanese Bilingual ERP Consultant Lead
Location: Texas (Mostly Remote, Candidate must reside in Texas)
Classification: Exempt, Full-Time, Direct-Hire
A global IT consulting firm is seeking a highly motivated and inquisitive
Japanese Bilingual ERP Consultant Lead to oversee the implementation and support of multiple ERP system projects for various client companies. This role involves identifying system solutions, designing and configuring ERP systems, conducting testing, and ensuring seamless go-live transitions. Additionally, the position requires project management and pre-sales support to deliver high-quality consulting services. This position is mostly remote, with no on-site regular work required. Occasional client visits are required, primarily within Texas, with the possibility of out-of-state travel as needed.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to identify ERP business system requirements by analyzing workflows, operations, and business objectives.
Design, implement, and support ERP solutions for new and existing customers, including system configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live support.
Gather and analyze information for the development of custom applications to complement or integrate with existing software solutions.
Adhere to project charters and implementation methodologies, ensuring the timely delivery of required documentation and project milestones.
Proactively identify and drive additional ERP consulting opportunities within the customer base.
Lead ERP projects, managing project teams and external vendors to ensure successful implementation and execution.
Support pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, proposal development, and customer presentations.
Stay updated on new applications and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English.
2 years of ERP system support and/or consulting experience.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
