Information Systems and Cyber Division (ISCD)staff couple the latest in information system technologies, such as elastic compute clouds, containerization, microservices, real-time operating systems, and visualization frameworks, with expertise in cyber security, software architecture, software engineering, data science, Artificial Intelligence, process improvement, and software development to deliver responsive, resilient, high-performance software intensive systems to our Intelligence Community, DoD, and civilian customers. The Data-centric Platforms and Architectures Department (DPAD) seeks a creative and enthusiastic Engineering Manager to lead a team of cloud-native and data application development engineers passionate about building, deploying, and managing modern applications in cloud computing environments across the space enterprise. The Engineering Manager will lead a team focused on developing and implementing cloud-based services. This includes deploying containers and ensuring the interconnection and interoperability of cloud services across multiple cloud environments. The team will work with resilient microservice architectures and distributed data platforms. We aim to leverage the strengths of various cloud service providers-such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud-to meet our customers' specific needs for cost optimization, scalability, flexibility, and resilience. The grade-based pay range for this job is listed below. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skills.
