Performance Health is seeking a Brand Activation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading in-market activation of Performance Health's brand portfolio. This individual will own go-to-market plans by channel, media and communications (to both HCPs and consumers), new product launches, sales support and training, and performance tracking and reporting for key customer segments (in clinical or marketplace/retail channels).

The ideal candidate has a strong background in brand and product management, and a passion for driving brand growth and bringing innovative products to market. We are looking for an individual with a strong bias for action, commercial focus, and collaborative spirit who operates with integrity.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

Brand Activation and Messaging:

  • Plan and execute go-to-market plans by channel, developing critical advertising, promotions, and other materials to accelerate sales.
  • Develop and monitor consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints, ensuring all marketing communications reflect individual brands' values, tone, and positioning.
  • Implement marketing plans and promotional programs for existing and new products.

Brand Campaigns:

  • Manage brand marketing campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Ops, CX, Finance) to measure impact of brand campaigns across key channels.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external partners to meet customer acquisition objectives.

Product Launches:

  • Execute channel-specific launch plans for new products, renovations/upgrades, and
  • line extensions to ensure successful market introduction and adoption.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver new products on-time and on-budget.
  • Develop and deliver sales tools and training materials for internal stakeholders, sales forces and customers.

Market Research and Performance Tracking:

  • Analyze brand and product performance and market data to measure effectiveness and optimize strategies.
  • Monitor brand performance across channels and deliver actionable insights for monthly business reviews and other forums.

Customer Engagement:

  • As needed, attend clinical and retail customer meetings to support brand growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty.

Budget Management:

  • Manage key parts of the brand marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and brand roles
  • Proven track record of bringing innovative clinical and consumer products to market
  • Strong understanding of brand management principles and marketing fundamentals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, including overnight travel

  • This is a full-time position with a base salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 and the opportunity to earn bonus, plus benefits.
