Performance Health is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading strategy and execution for Performance Health's brand portfolio. This individual will own omnichannel brand planning, brand visual identity development, media and communications (to both HCPs and consumers), portfolio innovation pipeline development and management, sales support and training (for clinical and marketplace/retail channels), and performance tracking and reporting. The ideal candidate has a strong background in brand management and a passion for driving brand growth and bringing innovative products to market. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities Brand Strategy Development:
- Implement a winning performance-driven marketing strategy for brands.
- Analyze market opportunities, customer insights, and competitive threats to accelerate growth of PH-owned brands.
- Prioritize, plan, and execute key brand activities across the portfolio.
Brand Positioning and Messaging:
- Develop and maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
- Ensure all marketing communications reflect individual brands' values, tone, and positioning.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and promotional programs for existing and new products.
Brand Campaigns:
- Manage omnichannel marketing campaigns working closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Ops, CX, Finance) to measure impact of brand campaigns across all channels
- Manage relationships with internal and external partners to meet customer acquisition objectives.
Product Launches:
- Champion development of consumer-first innovation pipeline(s) expanding into new spaces / territories.
- Lead new product development for brands (new products, renovations/upgrades, and line extensions) and develop cross-channel launch plans to ensure successful market introduction and adoption.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver new products on-time and on-budget.
- Develop and deliver sales tools and training materials for internal stakeholders, sales forces and customers.
Market Research and Performance Tracking:
- Analyze brand and product performance and market data to measure effectiveness and optimize strategies.
- Monitor brand performance across channels and deliver actionable insights for monthly business reviews and other forums.
Customer Engagement:
- As needed, attend clinical and retail customer meetings to support brand growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
Budget Management:
- Manage key parts of the brand marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- 10-15 years of experience in marketing and brand roles
- Proven track record of bringing innovative clinical and consumer products to market
- Strong understanding of brand management principles and marketing fundamentals
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions
- Proficiency in full-funnel media and digital marketing tools and platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Ability to travel 10% of the time, including overnight travel

- This is a full-time position with a base salary range of $140,000 - $150,000 and the opportunity to earn bonus, plus benefits.
