POSITION SUMMARY: The Compliance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring that Dominium's portfolio adheres to various affordable housing program regulations. This position specializes in the management and maintenance of compliance standards across multiple program types, including the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), Tax Exempt Bond, and HOME programs. Key responsibilities include conducting thorough quality control reviews and approvals of certification files, supporting site operations in maintaining compliance, and addressing any issues that arise. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of affordable housing regulations and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of compliance within the organization.
