Summary of Position:
TKMNA Business Area IT is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of IT projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. The Project Management Intern will be responsible for the coordination and completion of projects within the information technology department. Builds and maintains working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects. Prepares project status reports for upper management. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Key Accountabilities:
* Follows standard TK project management practices such as the Agile and Waterfall framework.
* Creates project charter and work plan and tracks budget and schedule progress via appropriate metrics.
* Establishes project organization and methodologies and defines roles and responsibilities.
* Works with the management team on implementing PMO process improvements.
* Supports the management team in facilitating meetings, budget planning, resource planning, cost controlling and any project management related activities.

Qualifications:
* Currently enrolled full-time in an accredited university
o Junior or Senior academic standing
* Business Management or any degree in the related field
o 3.0 or higher GPA
* Applicants should be competitive, assertive, and self-motivated. The ability to think critically, multi-task, and keep up in a fast-paced environment is critical. The ideal candidate will have a passion for public relations and business, and must have strong research and writing skills
* Good communication and organizational skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Experience with Word, Outlook, and Power Point
* Strong multi-tasking skills
* Ability to work independently
