About the role: The corporate Operations Performance & Planning organization exists to support and coordinate the company's efforts to continually improve operational performance, advance sustainably, reduce complexity, and drive results. This role will sit within the Operational Risk Management (ORM) department,, which is part of the Operations Performance & Planning organization. The role of Senior Risk Analyst is critical to the success of Alcoa's long-term risk management maturity journey and will be responsible for the advancement in risk analytics and the integration of risk information into risk-based decision-making processes. As part of a small and focused team, this role will lead the modernization, implementation, and oversight of risk data modelling, risk exposure trending, and business performance reporting for the global operational risk program to help Alcoa predict problems before they occur. We are looking for an experienced risk management professional that has the passion and demonstrated ability to fully integrate risk information into day-to-day business processes. To do so, this role will collaborate closely with stakeholders of all levels across a multitude of internal stakeholder groups ranging from Operations, Sustainability, Commercial, Finance, and Legal. This includes active operational locations, corporate CoEs, non-operational locations, and joint venture partners throughout the world. Main Responsibilities:

Ce role se situera au sein du departement de Gestion des Risques Operationnels (ORM), qui fait partie de l'organisation Performance et Planification des Operations. Le role d'Analyste Principal des Risques est crucial pour le succes du parcours de maturite de la gestion des risques a long terme d'Alcoa et sera responsable de l'avancement de l'analyse des risques et de l'integration des informations sur les risques dans les processus de prise de decision bases sur les risques. En tant que membre d'une petite equipe concentree, ce role dirigera la modernisation, la mise en uvre et la supervision de la modelisation des donnees de risque, de la tendance de l'exposition aux risques et du reporting de la performance commerciale pour le programme mondial de gestion des risques operationnels afin d'aider Alcoa a prevoir les problemes avant qu'ils ne surviennent.
