Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 annually Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM As the Human Resources Manager, you will oversee the HR needs of the agency, ensuring that the right personnel are in place to meet organizational goals. This includes working with department managers to assess staffing needs, recruiting qualified staff, managing payroll and benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. You will also provide guidance to administrators and managers on personnel matters and help develop and enforce HR policies and procedures. Responsibilities:
