Plant Engineer -Manufacturing About the Role We are seeking a Plant Engineer to manage engineering projects, optimize plant operations, and drive process improvements in a manufacturing environment. This role requires collaboration across production, maintenance, and quality assurance to ensure efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Project Management & Execution Plan, execute, and oversee engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scopes are met. Plant Operations & Process Optimization Analyze and improve plant efficiency, safety, and product quality. Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure all engineering activities meet FDA, environmental, and worker safety regulations. Technical Support & Innovation Provide technical expertise for troubleshooting production equipment and processes.
