Laboratory Technician

Location: Marlboro

Join the Center for Biological Innovation (CBI), a BSC Center of Excellence, where cutting-edge in vitro and ex vivo techniques drive the design, development, and commercialization of innovative biomedical products. We're looking for a detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to support in vitro hemocompatibility testing and biomedical research studies.

In Vitro Testing & Research

Perform hemocompatibility testing on blood-contacting medical devices.

Follow experimental protocols and execute tasks independently or with guidance.

Assist in data preparation, reporting, and presentations.

Laboratory Operations

Set up, operate, and maintain lab equipment.

Support assay development, troubleshooting, and technical optimizations.

Maintain accurate lab records and ensure compliance with protocols.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate degree in Biology (or related field) + 1-3 years of lab experience.

Equivalent education & work experience will be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:

Hands-on experience in one or more areas:

• Cell-based assays
• Hemocompatibility evaluation
• Microscopy
  
  Ability to quickly learn new techniques and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  
  Strong time management, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
  
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
