Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Program Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX, and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12 + month contract position. Responsibilities: Responsible for technology deliverables and integration points Anticipate and quickly resolve technology challenges in advance and are accountable for resolving blockers for the team Coordinate and onboard all technical partners Facilitate meetings, write project plans and provide regular updates to stakeholders Accountable for execution and integration with all enterprise standards for project delivery Requirements: 3+ years' experience as a project manager implementing technology-based projects Able to effectively manage project delivery and collaborate with various technology partners and agile teams Intermediate Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel and familiarity with PowerPoint Experience with Microsoft Project Experience in working on multiple projects at the same time Good time management skills Able to set priorities, adapt to team needs and meet deadlines Able to communicate effectively at different levels within the organization Previous success working in a dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities Fluent in technology and strong knowledge of project and software development methodologies / techniques Solid presentation, facilitation, interview, and workshop skills Strong interpersonal, negotiation, adaptation and conflict-management skills Desired skills: PMP or Agile certification Working experience in hybrid waterfall/agile environment and working knowledge of JIRA Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
