Summary: This position will be responsible for compiling, tracking, analyzing, and reporting of budget information and general support of all groups in the North Delaware area. Primary responsibilities of this role will include but are not limited to compiling and reviewing data for accuracy, tracking trends in financial data, analyzing/reporting budget numbers, identifying/resolving variances, forecasting, and making recommendations to management regarding the completed analysis with the objective of maintaining a zero balance budget in the furtherance of Energy Transfer business. This role will also involve working with other field coordinators, supervisors, and director in compiling and trending data as well as potential training where needed with associated area groups. Essential Functions: Update, report, communicate, and submit recommendations to management regarding forecast models utilizing current financial and operational assumptions Meet regularly with division operational management teams to ensure proper assumptions for monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts Compile, analyze, and report on area segments operating data Assist in training, preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans as well as analysis of variances to budgets, forecasts, and prior year results Prepare and consolidate financial presentations and operating metrics for cost controls and senior management team Coordinate with cost controls / accounting during the month end close process to ensure results are recorded properly for internal reporting purposes Excel Spreadsheets - above average skills, use of formulas, formatting, pivot tables, graphing data, and forecasting Able to pass an Excel Test related to the company's budgeting, forecasting, and associated graphs / trends Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Professional verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently, network with other departments, and with a team Experience with preparing annual budgeting for O&M, and Capital projects and entering each in TM1 Experience identifying and entering quarterly accruals for Project Manager and entering in SAP Experience tracking costs and timelines for multiple projects with multiple project managers. Job level of candidate is commensurate with experience: * Analyst level requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 2-5 years of relevant job related experience * Senior Analyst level requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 5-8 years of relevant job related experience * Lead Analyst level requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of relevant job related experience Working Conditions: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Usually, normal office working conditions. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing. Occasional overnight travel may be required. Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
