Job Description We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join the team at ACS Benefit Services, a subsidiary of Blue Cross NC. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. The IT Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders, team members, and external partners to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, while ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, optimizing resource allocation, and delivering results in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Key responsibilities include managing project plans, schedules, and budgets, identifying and mitigating project risks, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and ensuring that project deliverables align with client requirements and company objectives.
