Position: Sr. Manager, Supply Strategic Planning

Pay Range: $48-$72.12/hr.

Description:
The Manager, Supply (Strategic Planning) will support the entire Supply team and Tier 1 leadership with clear strategic direction and decision making on systems and processes to ensure parts availability to support OE service parts requirements. This person will make recommendations and decisions on process and systems settings or systems improvements to ensure attainment of Key Performance Indicators (Fill Rate, Back Order lines, and Inventory Months of Supply). This person will lead a small team to include super user roles that will be responsible for global system settings and parameters that drive demand forecasts and supply replenishment. This person will also be responsible for leading the team that develops and improves standard operating procedures (SOPs), team performance monitoring, training, executive level communication/reporting, and supporting ad-hoc requests/ special projects. This leadership role will be responsible for growing and maintaining organizational intelligence. Systems, data integrity, and process effectiveness are extremely important. This role is responsible for making recommendations and decisions in these areas that have a direct impact on cash (inventory investment), expenses (freight, warehousing), income (parts sales), and customer service (Fill Rate, Back Order lines).The Manger, Supply (Strategic Planning) role is pivotal in the Financial and Operational success of Tier 1.
