We are hiring for a full-time second shift Fabrication Technician/Saw Operators for Mountain Top Foam-Charlotte. The Fabrication technician performs duties such as cutting product, compressing, convoluting, laminating, and trimming.

Hourly Rate $18.75 + $1 per hour shift premium

What You Will Do:

• Follow all safety guidelines and participate as a fully-empowered team member to achieve organization-wide goal of zero incidents
• Cuts foam plates into specified dimensions
• Operates and maintains fabrication equipment in assigned work area
• Ability to adjust machines to make corrections
• Assists with other tasks associated with product fabrication
• Responsible for all operations of CNC Machine
• Responsible for entering data into computer

What You Will Need

• Knowledge of PC usage required to include using Word, Excel, Microsoft Windows, and data entry operations.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask with excellent attention to detail.
• Fork truck license a plus
• Ability to operate manual and electric pallet jacks.
• High School Diploma or GED is preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
