Job Description

The Base Lodge Supervisor is responsible for maintaining excellent Base Area and Base Lodge appearance.

Responsibilities

  • Essential Functions:

    • Maintain a clean & safe Base Lodge.
    • Ensure guest satisfaction for the customer by possessing a general knowledge of the ski area, and by acting as a guest services representative.
    • Perform general preparation work such as stocking bathroom paper products, mopping floors, vacuuming, and trash removal.
    • Assist with hiring, training and scheduling of staff.

    Tools and Equipment:

    • Floor mop, Upright Vacuum, chemical cleaners, compactor, etc.

    Working Environment:

    • Interior of ski base lodge, in all areas of the base lodge.
    • Exterior of base lodge with exposure to extreme weather conditions.


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fulltime, part time, and on call positions available.
