Reporting to the Director of Sports Marketing, the Senior Manager Sports Marketing Manager (SSMM) drives the development and leads the execution of the regional Sports Marketing initiatives. Through events and athletes, you will build local and regional brand affinity while aligning with Red Bull's relevant global and national strategies. EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: 8+ years of experience in Marketing with a focus on sports, athletes, and consumers An understanding of traditional and non-traditional brand marketing strategies A history of thoughtful execution of creative ideas Experience with identifying different sports trends and scenes on a regional and national level Large budget management experience Knowledge of marketing communications and storytelling with an emphasis on content Must have a valid U.S. driver's license Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage Travel 30-40% Permanent Benefits eligible
