Adobe Analytics Specialist

As a Marketing Analytics Analyst, you will focus on driving the enterprise capability growth. In this role, you will help define, analyze, and improve key performance metrics throughout the customer journey, ensuring personalized customer experiences that build lifelong relationships. You will play a key part in personalizing advice and guidance for customers, supporting them in achieving their financial goals.

• Data Analysis: Regularly analyze marketing data to identify patterns and improve key metrics across all funnel stages (awareness, engagement, conversion, adoption).
• Measurement Strategy: Define objectives and scope analytics tasks, delivering data layers for eCommerce projects across multiple platforms.
• Customer Journey Strategy: Develop data strategies to optimize multi-touch marketing programs (digital, social, direct, etc.) across customer journeys.
• Experimentation: Lead end-to-end testing, including hypothesis development, KPI selection, A/B testing, and reporting for high-priority marketing use cases.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with teams to build and deploy personalized campaigns to support digital platforms, product launches, and promotions.
• Campaign Performance: Conduct analyses to measure campaign success, understand consumer behaviors, create segment strategies, and leverage personalization tools for campaign management.

Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $40- $50
