The Associate Dean of Students oversees student services, manages staff, and serves as a key contact for student concerns, reporting to the Dean of Students/Vice President. This role promotes inclusivity, student development, and well-being while leading policies on student conduct and mental health & wellness.

The Associate Dean of Students manages student case systems, providing support for academic, personal, and disciplinary challenges while advocating for student needs. This role provides direction for student life programs, supervises student affairs staff, and oversees student conduct policies and serves as the CARE team case manager. They respond to student emergencies, collaborate with campus departments to enhance the student experience, and analyze key student metrics to inform decision-making. Additionally, they conduct misconduct investigations, promote an inclusive campus environment, and serve as a liaison to internal and external stakeholders. Providing administrative oversight of student conduct and mental health services, they also act as the primary crisis intervention contact in the Dean's absence and contribute to initiatives that foster student success.
