CNC Machinist

We are seeking an experienced Machinist to join our team in producing high-precision components for aerospace systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both CNC and manual machining, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to quality, efficiency, and safety. This role requires the ability to interpret complex blueprints, operate a variety of machining equipment, and ensure all parts meet strict regulatory specifications.

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines and lathes to produce precision components.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to meet exact specifications.
• Utilize manual machining equipment for specialized or prototype work as needed.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure compliance with tight tolerances.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machining equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while adhering to all company and industry safety standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school certification preferred.
• 3+ years of machining experience, with a focus on CNC operation.
• Experience with manual machining tools (mills, lathes, grinders) is a plus.
• Familiarity with materials and machining techniques is desirable.
• Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
