Advantage Technical is seeking a Digitization Lead for our fantastic client onsite in Spring, TX!

Position
: Digitization Champion/Lead - Central Projects

Position Description: Digital Champion for their Central Projects group to lead digital solutions transformation to enhance project efficiency and delivery.

Location: HQ/Woodlands based, with potential travel to company sites/office locations.

Duration/timing: Immediate | Long-term contract for years & years! We offer our contractors great benefits to have as well!

Schedule: 9/80 hybrid

Required:



  • IT Project Management background | APi's | Help standardize and report in PowerBI | IT Coding background | EcoSIS
  • 3-5 years of proven experience/track record of developing and implementing digital solutions to enhance project efficiency and delivery
  • Advanced technical ability, analytical skills, problem solving, and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of/ experience using M365 suite (Excel, PowerBI, SharePoint, Power Automate, PowerPoint, Visio, Forms, etc.), Primavera P6, SAP S4 Hana, Asana, and other Enterprise project systems
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with a range of cross functional team members, and explain/simplify technical and complex information to a non-technical audience
  • Ability to read and speak English fluently



Responsibilities:



  • Lead the digitization of PMO processes, reporting/analytics, software maintenance/ selection, and other initiatives
  • Work with cross functional teams to simplify, standardize, automate, enhance processes and tools
  • Build cross-functional process maps to support delivery of new tools and solutions.
  • Develop training content and ensure proper training and support are provided to end-users to facilitate smooth adoption of the new system and digital tools.
  • Establish and maintain governance processes, ensuring compliance with master data management, enterprise policies and standards
  • Support other Enterprise software selection and project workflow initiatives


Preferred:



  • 5+ years of proven experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher in related field
  • 2+ years experience leading a team
  • Knowledge of (or experience with) Project Management and Controls industry standards and best practices
  • Owner/Operator experience working on major capital programs
  • Have technical and industry related certifications
