What You'll Do:


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within industrial and manufacturing markets.
  • Engage with OEMs to provide tailored solutions for industrial parts, components, and inventory management.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure continued success.
  • Provide technical guidance and consultative solutions to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the best possible solutions for clients.
  • Work towards achieving sales goals with a highly competitive commission structure.


What We Look For:


  • 5-10 years of experience in technical sales or industrial sales in a B2B environment.
  • Proven experience selling industrial parts, components, or managing inventory solutions for OEMs is highly valued.
  • A strong mix of business development (hunter) and relationship management (farmer) skills.
  • The ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively.
