The Gaming Manager will develop, manage, own, and facilitate the execution of regional Gaming-focused marketing initiatives across their region. In addition, they will provide strategic consultation to neighboring regions. Through events, players, and the local community, the Gaming Manager will build local and regional brand relevance while paying into Red Bull's global and national strategic direction to put cans in the hands of gamers. EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: 3+ years of gaming/esports management and marketing experience Comprehensive understanding of the esports landscape, including relevant game titles and publishers/developers, athletes and teams, league and tournament structures, etc. Understanding of existing and emerging trends within the gaming and esports industries Creative thinker with proven ability to design, communicate, and bring compelling esports products and initiatives to market Vital program/project management skills with ability to drive planning, schedules, estimates, budgeting, resource plans, and status reports Proficient in computer applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must have a valid U.S. driver's license Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Must be fluent in English; additional language skills an advantage Travel 30-40% Permanent Benefits eligible
