Position Title: Relationship Manager III

Location: Houston

Reports To: Commercial & Industrial Middle Market Manager

What The Role Is

As Middle Market commercial banker, you will build a portfolio of profitable commercial clients with revenues in excess of $20MM.

How You Will Make An Impact



  • Drive business from prospective commercial clients with revenues of $20MM to $100MM to include loans, deposits and treasury management fees.
  • Apply knowledge of credit and banking to structure credit facilities that are mutually beneficial to our clients and the bank.
  • Identify, recommend, and promote solutions that best serve our client needs while ensuring the profitability of the portfolio.
  • Regularly call on clients, prospects, centers of influence and utilize knowledge of our product partners to find additional solutions such as Wealth and Investments.
  • Represents the financial institution in public relations activities and community affairs.



Who You Are



  • Strong relationship and communication skills.
  • Self-directed and sales oriented.
  • Highly organized and possess the ability to manage and prioritize work.



Education



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Formal credit training.



Experience



  • A minimum of 6 - 8 years experience in a financial institution as a commercial lender.
  • Knowledgeable of laws and regulations applicable to banking.
