Overview BRPH is looking for a Construction Project Administrator for our Melbourne, Florida office. The Construction Project Administrator assists & supports the Project Management team in performing administrative functions such as assisting in transmitting documents to/from Client/Subs/Suppliers/etc., managing general document controls, monthly billings, assisting in subcontractor & supplier billings/invoices, assisting in job-site employee on-boarding & off-boarding, and other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager. Responsibilities ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate and process/manage all badging requests.
Qualifications EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES: Must have ability to operate a computer and be skilled in the following software.
