Billing Specialist (Remote)

• Review and analyze large volumes of client-specific data downloaded from Enveyo.
• Create and manipulate detailed Excel reports using pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and other advanced functions.
• Identify outliers and discrepancies in data and summarize findings for resolution.
• Collaborate with the parcel team to resolve data issues and discrepancies.
• Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of data issues.
• Prepare, summarize, and upload data to NetSuite.
• Support the invoicing process through accurate data entry and validation.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data validation).
• Experience in data review, analysis, and handling large data sets.
• Working knowledge of NetSuite or similar ERP systems required.
• Ability to work efficiently with a sense of urgency and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Prior experience in a billing or data analysis role preferred, but not required.
