In office/Remote/Hybrid: Hybrid - Three days a week in office. Tuesday the entire team is in the office. Other two days could be flexible. Compensation: 65-70K with 5% bonus Team Size/Info: Accounting Manager and 2 Staff Accountants Company Summary: This company has been in business since 1991 and has $100 million in revenue. This is a small Corporate Office with a lot of the focus being on accounting/finance. Warm environment, social, and collaborative. This role provides excellent exposure to multi-entity accounting and ability to work with internal/external stakeholders and project managers. They're in a great location - Off of 65, in-between Armory Blvd and Old Hickory Blvd Description The Staff Accountant role will be a vital member of the accounting team, gaining broad exposure across a variety of areas and working directly with multiple leaders in the Accounting & Finance Team as well as with team members at the different branch locations. The role is focused on General Accounting, Project Accounting, month-end close activities, and Fixed Assets reconciliation and reporting, with the opportunity for special projects. This role is hybrid, with the flexibility to work from home two days a week. Responsibilities:

Top Three Skills: * Reconciliation experience with a focus on fixed assets - month end close responsibility * Experience in Supporting the Month End Close functions * Excellent Vendor Communication - collaborate with internal staff and project managers in the field.
